In order to comply with Natasha's law we have a procedure in place enabling us to ensure the safety of pupils and students with food allergies and intolerances when providing school meals.

If your child has a special dietary requirement (food intolerance, allergy or follows a cultural or religious diet) you must complete the special diets form.

Edwards & Ward will then contact you and confirm they are able to meet your child's dietary needs. Please note we are unable to give your child a hot meal until we have been in contact. Therefore, until you have a response from us please ensure you provide your child with a packed lunch. 

This form must NOT be used for children with personal preferences or simple dislikes but only for children with a medical food intolerance, allergy or follows a cultural or religious diet.
