ParentPay is the online platform we use to send out communications to parents, where parents use to book meals, trips, activity clubs etc. Therefore it is very important that all parents ensure they log on and register as soon as they receive their activation letter. This will be provided during the first week they start at Highfield.
Most communications are sent out via email, however, for urgent situations we may occasionally reach out to you via text if we cannot reach you otherwise. Therefore, it is important that you update ParentPay with your mobile number. See below instructions on how to do this.
